The Consultative Committee (Con-com) behind a proposed federal Constitution has released what it called the “final official” copy of its draft, which now reflects changes requested by President Rodrigo Duterte.
Con-com spokesman Ding Generoso announced that “All other copies in circulation, electronic or printed, official or not, are superseded by this copy.”
